She has built multiple start ups in the beauty, hospitality & technology sectors. Working with small business owners to develop, launch and scale their business toward 7 figures.

She is a graduate of Rutgers University and earned her Juris Doctor at Saint Thomas University School of Law. Attorney Thompson has earned a Certificate of Specialization in Management & Leadership from Harvard Business School where she achieved this online while managing her own multi 7 figure business and as a work from home Mom to her 7 year old son.

She currently serves as a Fellow with the McLean Institute of Coaching through Harvard Medical School where she formulated The Successologist program to broaden the potential to assist more people with achieving their dreams.
